My story

Tech help that feels personal

After getting my Masters degree in Information technology, I stared my career working for a large local business providing in person and remote help with everything from specific software programs to mobile devices. What started as helping neighbors and friends untangle their tech troubles grew into something I truly love — making people feel confident and capable with the tools they use every day.

I understand that technology can be frustrating and avoiding it today is impossible. I want to make sure that you can use the technology you need without the frustration and if you do get stuck I'm here to help.

I'm based in the Upper Valley region of Vermont and New Hampshire, and I'm happy to come to you for hands-on visits. Not local? No problem — many issues can be resolved remotely, so I can help you wherever you are.

How I work

What you can always count on

No jargon

I explain things in plain English. You'll always know what I'm doing and why — no confusing tech-speak.

No judgment

There are no silly questions. Everyone starts somewhere, and I'm here to help — not to make you feel bad for asking.

Honest advice

I'll tell you what you actually need, not what costs the most. If a simple fix will do, that's what I'll recommend.

Your pace

I work at your speed. If you want to learn as we go, great. If you just want it fixed, that works too.

Ready to work together?

Whether it's a quick question or a bigger project, I'd love to help.
