Absolutely! Setting up a new device can be very overwhelming with all of the new security systems in place. I know exactly how to navigate this and would love to help you!

Most devices today are considered "Smart Devices". If they can connect to the internet and have a digital screen, they are probably a smart device. That being said, smart devices can also be very challenging because they have so many sensors built into them to help make things easier that they also can cause unknown errors. If that is the case I can help with that: Your phone, your printer, your TV streaming services, it doesn't matter. 

Unfortunately, that is not something I do. However, if you have some type of external device like a screen, printer, mouse, or keyboard that needs to be replaced, I am happy to give you recommendations and set them up for you after you purchase them

I am hoping to get classes scheduled in the Upper Valley soon. Yes I can! I can either set up times to meet with you and check in on your devices, or set up a "set it and forget it" montly plan where I maintain your system remotely in off hours so that you never have to worry about unexpected issues keeping you out of the field.
